The first stop is at a traditional bodega winery of La Mancha, where you are free to take have breakfast in your own time. Finally, at 12 pm, we will arrive at the beautiful historic city of Cuenca. We will drop you off at Avenida San Ignacio de Loyola, close to the center, and you will be provided with a map-guide of the city. You then have the next five hours to explore Cuenca in the way you want.

We recommend that you take a stroll through the old town of this beautiful World Heritage declared city. The historical center is full of magnificent monuments, such as the clifftop Parador of Cuenca hotel, the San Pablo bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel, Cuenca Cathedral, and the idyllic Plaza Mayor square. No visit would be complete without also seeing the famous hanging houses of Cuenca, whose balconies lean out defiantly over the gorge of the Huécar River.

You can also take advantage of the time to enjoy the traditional gastronomy of Cuenca. The main culinary specialties of the province include dishes such as zarajo, morteruelo stew, ajoarriero pasta, alajú sweets, egg migas, shepherd's gazpacho soup. There are so many to choose from!

Finally, at 7 pm, we will meet back up at the San Pablo Bridge, where we catch the bus that will take us back to Plaza de España in the heart of Madrid, where we arrive at around 9 pm.
