Driver did not arrive at the meeting place. I called the number provided many times and it was just ringing. I waited for close to an hour after which I just took the taxi to my hotel. I demand a full refund of the amount paid.
Cars are obliged to wait for one hour. After this time, they sometimes have to leave for other services. In this case, the driver waited for more than 1h30 at the airport since your flight landed. They tried to contact you, but unfortunately, the number given was not available. We deeply regret if for some reason you left later than expected, but since the service complied with the contract, no reimbursement is possible.

My flight to Madrid arrived on time. Unfortunately, there was one immigration officer processing many people. It took more than an hour to claim the luggage and leave to meet the driver. I do not have mobile or internet from my provider in USA and normally I buy a chip from Orange once I get to the city center to communicate. The transfer driver did call and sent a message while we were waiting in line at the airport immigration but my mobile phone was off service..
The car was waiting for more than an hour. As it did not receive any communication from you, it left to perform another service. We are sorry for any inconvenience that might have arisen.
