We'll begin this open-top Big Bus night tour of Madrid from the central Plaza de Canovas del Castillo, right in front of the Fountain of Neptune.
During our tour of the capital of Spain, our guide will tell us about Madrid's fascinating history and how it relates to the landmarks which we pass by on our route. From the comfort of the bus, there will be some excellent photo opportunities.
Firstly, we'll pass in front of the Prado Museum and enter the neighborhood of Las Letras. In this famous literary area of Madrid, we'll go through the Plaza de Santa Ana. Then, we'll make our way to Plaza de la Cebada and discover the charm of La Latina.
The route will continue on the street Calle de Bailén, where we'll observe the beautiful architecture of the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace. We'll then continue along the Plaza de España and Gran Vía, making our way towards the Cibeles Fountain and the Puerta de Alcalá, located in front of the Retiro Park.
We'll visit other iconic landmarks of Madrid and, finally, after touring for 1 hour and 30 minutes, we'll conclude the route back at the meeting point.
