es una experiencia maravillosa, el paisaje y la oportunidad de pilotear tú sólo, lo volvería a realizar, pero anuncian cosas que no te dan o al menos no me dieron como: -Certificado de vuelo. -Carnet de alumno aviador por un día. -Un café -camiseta de aviación sé que parece poco lo q no te dan pero lo anuncian, además que de regreso no me dejaron en el hotel sino me acercaron y yo que me fuera como pudiera, osea eran amables, pacientes y simpáticos pero eso no me gustó. fuera de éso está genial

La relación costo beneficio es baja, son 30 minutos en el aire y sólo vuelas a Ávila (y otro pueblo). Haces más de Madrid al aeródromo que lo que dura el vuelo. El guía aunque es un buen tipo,muy amable y buen conversador debe mejorar su imagen respecto al auto que te recoge y la manera de identificarse que pertenece a una agencia segura.

No nos han llamado, no nos han dicho nada... y tras 24 minutos esperando. Llamo y nos dicen que lo han anulado. Ni tan siquiera nos han asegurado el reembolso, hablan de un bono. Mañana nos vamos!!! Desilusión y fatal atención postventa

Habíamos reservado un paseo en avioneta. Teníamos cupón de confirmación por parte de Civitatis, nos tenían que recoger a las 09:00 pero eran las 09:20 y no había llegado nadie, intenté varias veces ponerme en contacto con atención al cliente y nadie me contestaba, al final llamé al teléfono de la escuela de aviación y resulta que nadie de Civitatis se había puesto en contacto con ellos y no tenían nada programado para hoy Después de eso intenté contactar con el teléfono de Civitatis, imposible

Al hacerse la reserva pocas horas antes del comienzo de esta nuestro proveedor local no la vio a tiempo y por lo tanto no pudo preparar el servicio. En el bono de la reserva se proporcionaba el número al que llamar en caso de emergencia. Sentimos muchísimo las molestias y ya se han tomado medidas con respecto a nuestro proveedor para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir. Se ha procedido con el reembolso de lo pagado.
