Really disappointing. The sound barely works (we brought our own headphones) and the audio is a humourless series of useless information. No context or thought around Madrid and its origins or the relevance of different buildings.

I am in Madrid on my own and traveling around the city on hop off bus made very simple. I located the specific places I was looking for and getting off was easy. I enjoyed Madrid at night also!!

The application does not show where I am located at all times therefore it makes ir very difficult to know where I am or know how far I am from the bust stop. The bus stops should be located with a dot and a street address so we now where they are located so we could easily walk towards them.

We deeply regret any issues regarding the app. Still, on our website we offer a PDF map of the route, and we have confirmed that the full itinerary was completed.
