Waited 45 minutes got a bus,(more than once ) then bus to full to get on, no staff at the stops to organise,

On some occasions due to heavy traffic the frequency of the buses can be affected. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Inside each bus there is an assistant that helps participants with the exchange of tickets and any doubts or problems with the service.

If you’re young and like to walk, almost every attraction is in walking distance from each other. You take longer when traffic is bad and to wait under the sun for loading people could be painful.

Despite obvious traffic issues in the centre of Madrid we would highly recommend this as a way to gain information about most visitor attractions and to familiarise yourself with all Madrid has to offer during a City break. The service was exemplary, buses were frequent, the staff were helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The hop on and hop off service is a great way to travel around the city. Thank you.
