El trato del personal hacia los clientes no es bueno en especial de la coordinadora que esta en el museo del prado, compre un boleto de dos dias y lo perdi esta Sra lo unico que hizo fue regañarme y tratarme mal, si lo perdi y ellos no pueden hacer nada para darme otro esa debe ser la respuesta y punto no tenemos porque estar aguantando que nos traten mal.
