El servicio es bueno, pero hay paradas mal señaladas que hacen difícil saber bien donde esperar el autobús, compré 2 ticket en la tienda ubicada en la calle de la Montera para 2 días, sin embargo al momento de abordar el autobús, el asistente nos indica que solo tengo un código QR y que faltaba el otro. Le mostré la boleta y le comenté que yo compré 2, afortunadamente el nos ayudó haciendo llamadas a la tienda pero a pesar de su ayuda no pudimos bajar en una de las paradas, esperando la solución

The service is good, but there are poorly marked stops that make it difficult to know where to wait for the bus. Pésimo!!! No sé puede ver nada en el autobús pirque el techo es muy bajo, la parte de arriba estaba llena así que nos sentamos abajo, junto a nuestros asientos estaba la escalera, así que no se veía NADA del lado izquierdo, nos cambiamos a los únicos que quedaban, que estaban colocados de espaldas. Explicación cero. El chófer tenia prisa. Casi todos los pasajeros nos bajamos antes. Solicitó la devolución de mi dinero

Terrible!!! You can't see anything on the bus because the ceiling is very low, the top part was full so we sat downstairs, next to our seats was the staircase, so you couldn't see ANYTHING on the left side, we moved to the only ones left, who were seated with their backs to the seats. Zero explanation. The driver was in a hurry. Almost all the passengers got off before us. He asked for my money back.

Stops/locations were very good compared to other companies. Did not give a higher rating because we had to wait more than 30 mins for a couple of stops. Almost took a taxi. Staff was very friendly.
