El problema fue con la hora de inicio , te dan opción x web desde las 9 hs y en temporada baja inician actividad a las 10 hs , con 3 grados de temperatura 1 hora de espera es tedioso , luego bus sin techo es realmente muy frío para ser un recorrido turístico !!!!!

El recorrido está bien para "situarte" en la ciudad y poderla ver a grandes rasgos. No obstante, las explicaciones del audio podrían ser mucho mejores. En algunos casos, incluso, no sabes a qué edificios/monumentos está haciendo referencia el audio ya que no se dan detalles para que puedas identificarlos (y la ubicación que te dicen no es clara). Por otro lado, en uno de los buses en los que subimos la capota estaba puesta (sin que lloviera ni hiciera un frío excesivo) y no permitía ver bien.

The tour is good to "situate yourself" in the city and be able to see it in general terms. However, the audio explanations could be much better. In some cases, you don't even know which buildings/monuments the audio is referring to since no details are given so you can identify them (and the location they tell you is not clear). On the other hand, on one of the buses in which we went up the hood was up (without it raining or being excessively cold) and it did not allow us to see well.

No nos resultó atrayente, la audioguía no ofrecía información relevante y la chica que nos recibió en el bus y avisaba de las paradas no fue muy agradable con nosotros. Finalmente, decidimos abandonar el autobús antes de terminar el tour. Por otro lado, el precio nos resultó abusivo, no sé correspondía con lo que ofrecían.

En el autobús por el barrio antiguo casi ninguno de los enchufes para la audioguía funcionaba con lo que no pudimos oír ninguna explicación y por otro lado cambiaron el itinerario previsto y se saltaron 5 paradas pero no nos informaron del cambio y tuvimos que andar un buen trozo. Para el precio que cuesta esperabamos un mejor servicio.

On the bus through the old neighborhood, almost none of the plugs for the audio guide worked so we couldn't hear any explanation and on the other hand they changed the planned itinerary and skipped 5 stops but they didn't inform us of the change and we had to walk a long way . For the price we expected better service.
