The description of this tour is too general and quite misleading. All of our time was spent listening to very long descriptions/interpretations about 5-6 (maybe 7) paintings. If the tour description had stated that all we would do is review the 5, or 6 or 7 paintings, I certainly would NOT have selected this tour. Frankly, the descriptions went on too long and became boring to listen to. This is a criticism of the tour content & not the tour guide. I was relieved when the tour ended.

In all the activities we offer, we include a detailed description so that clients can compare them and choose to their liking. We are sorry if the tour or the contents taught in this one, in particular, did not live up to your expectations.

After the first tour was cancelled without notice (I only got told when I called because no guide showed up), We did the 2nd try with Amanda. She was kind and learned her text, but the whole tour was not 90min as contracted, but 75min that included ticket reception, toilet stop (why can't folks not do that BEFORE??) audio device reception, made a netto tour time of 45 min (that is 50% of what I expected and paid for). Not great, sorry!

In the web you announced a guided visit of two hours and the visit only was about 1 hour and 10 minuts. I booked a visit in English but the guide did it in Spanish and English because there was a guide ill and he had to explain the pictures two times, one for a visit in spanish and another for us. A guide for two different groups and not a guide for each group.

The total service duration is 2 hours including outsides. Regarding languages, the web describes that this tour is guided in English and Spanish at the same time. We hope you enjoy the activity.

Péssima… guia chegou com 30min de atraso e demorou mais 40min pra nos colocar dentro do museu. Era muito atrapalhado, seu celular tocava toda hora. Os fones não funcionavam. Ele misturava inglês e espanhol. Ninguém entendia nada. Eu e muitas pessoas foram embora porque não tinha condições continuar. QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!

Estábamos citados a las 1245 y debíamos llegar 15 minutos antes. Los dos guías llegaron sobre la hora: muy desorganizados, nos hicieron esperar afuera hasta las 1340. Me tocó la mujer, Clara creo, que nos había hecho el Prado y nos había resultado muy pobre de conocimientos. No tiene gracia, es aburrida y no tiene entusiasmo. Ya tuve problemas con Civitatis en Sevilla y ahora en Madrid, son pésimos. Nunca más y no se los recomiendo a nadie. Elijan mejor. En total la guía duró 50minutos. ESTAFA

We had an appointment at 1245 and we had to arrive 15 minutes before. The two guides arrived on time: very disorganized, they made us wait outside until 1340. La visita fracasó. El Guia no tenía los audio- guia, en condiciones y no se pudo realizar la visita. No obstante algunos pocos 5 personas continuamos con una visita simplificada, debido a que ya estábamos dentro del museo. Pero la actividad fue un desastre.
