La chica bien pero es muy dificil poder escuchar bien y concentrarse o entrar en el tour cuando estan cambiando de ingles a español para explicar todo. E comprado muchos tours con ustedes y es la primera vez que me toca asi. Se me hace injusto que por ahorar ustedes dinero los que pagamos tengamos que recibir la mitad de un tour por tener que esperar por el idioma y visitamos solo 4 cosas en 1h.

The girl is fine but it is very difficult to be able to listen well and concentrate or enter the tour when they are changing from English to Spanish to explain everything. I have bought many tours with you and it is the first time that I have played like this. La actividad está bien, pero comenzamos con 30 minutos de retraso, porque nuestro guía venía con otro grupo del museo del Prado, esto me parece muy mal, debieran tener un solo guía para cada actividad (museo del Prado, Reina Sofía o los dos juntos) pero solo un grupo, porque sino, el segundo grupo siempre tiene que esperar, y al empezar tarde su visita, no recibe todas las explicaciones, nosotros hemos comenzado la visita con media hora de retraso, que no se ha recuperado pero sí hemos pagado.

El punto de encuentro no era bien visible y por eso no hemos localizado al grupo hasta 45 m más tarde de lo previsto, a pesar de haber llegado con antelación al museo. Las explicaciones correctas pero hemos visto muy pocas obras a causa de combinar dos idiomas.

No me ha gustado la gestión del guía. La visita son solo 90 minutos y no da tiempo a ver más que 3 salas. El problema es que de un grupo de 18 personas había 2 extranjeras y le contaba todo en inglés, por tanto el tiempo de explicación era la mitad. Muy pobre todo, estoy muy decepcionada. Una lástima no tener una buena visita de este museo en Madrid

The description of this tour is too general and quite misleading. All of our time was spent listening to very long descriptions/interpretations about 5-6 (maybe 7) paintings. If the tour description had stated that all we would do is review the 5, or 6 or 7 paintings, I certainly would NOT have selected this tour. Frankly, the descriptions went on too long and became boring to listen to. This is a criticism of the tour content & not the tour guide. I was relieved when the tour ended.

No muy bien. Empezamos 15 minutos tarde. El guia se mostró menos respetuoso y profesional que lo que estamos acostumbradas. El tour fue en dos idiomas porque habían hispanohablantes y angloparlantes. Las explicaciones en inglés eran un desastre. En español bastante mejor. Fue todo bastante caótico. Hemos tenido tours guiados en varios museos de Madrid y este ha sido el peor.

No good. We started 15 minutes late. The guide was less respectful and professional than what we are used to. The tour was in two languages because there were Spanish speakers and English speakers. Explanations in English were a disaster. Much better in Spanish. It was all pretty chaotic. We have had guided tours in several museums in Madrid and this has been the worst.
