La guía muy bien pero no tenia mis datos ni yo los suyos hasta la misma hora de inicio por lo que podíamos haber perdido mucho tiempo en encontrarnos. Por suerte, estábamos al lado. Por otro lado no pudimos hablar con ella antes para explicarle lo que queríamos hacer así que lo decidimos sobre la marcha. Os costó mucho confirmar quién haría de guía, una vez confirmado, el día del tour, se presentó otra persona, tarde y sin identificar. Algo escaso el conocimiento de datos interesantes, de arquitectura o historia. Cuando es un tour privado en el que se paga por adelantado, podríais esmeraros en mandar a alguien mejor formado. Gracias de todas formas.

Nuestro colaborador comprueba el nivel de conocimientos de un guía sobre el contenido de un tour antes de pedirle que se haga cargo del mismo. Tomaremos en cuenta esta valoración y trabajaremos para ofrecer cada vez un mejor servicio.
