great choice for a one day adventure at Toledo. Easy drive in a comfortable bus and a good selection of sites to see. Prepare for a lot of walking !!!

The guide, Jorge, told us he has been working as a guide for 20+ years and it was clear that he is bored with this trip. He made no effort to engage with the people and never asked if we had questions or comments. I took this tour as I hoped to learn more than I could from the tour books and was very disappointed by the bored and uninterested guide. I also think a bilingual tour is a waste for customers of both languages.

The local provider strives to provide a service that lives up to the expectations of all participants and, to this end, has the best professional team in the industry. We are sorry if this was not your impression. Our website indicates that the tour is in English and Spanish so that this is taken into account before booking.

Our guide spoke Spanish for most of the tour. 10% was in English and low informative. We are very disappointed. Toledo is wonderful, however, do not book this trip with a bilingual guide.

Depending on the language in which most participants address the guides, they'll spend more time speaking one or another. Still, we can confirm that full explanations were also provided in English. We sincerely regret if the experience was not entirely up to your expectations.
