Before going into the palace, it was quite difficult to make the groups. But it was complicated, not because of the guides, but for instance because of wrong messages on internet by other organisations. The visit to the palace and the Prado, was, for me, just enough. Not too long, not too short. It means also that the guides were doing exactly what I want: giving explications, but not too long.

PÉSIMO! A pesar que la guia se resarció después de un mal inicio, no pudo subsanar la ineptitud y paupérrima logística y organización de la agencia. De no regresar a ocuparlos ni de broma. Reitero, la guia explicó muy bien todo.

Nuestro equipo local se esfuerza por ofrecer todos los contenidos ofertados dentro del tiempo estipulado. Sentimos si se produjo algún desajuste en la organización y seguiremos trabajando para mantener este tipo de incidencias al mínimo.

Something went wrong with the booking process with MUCH confusion. This resulted in an hour of waiting around before going into the palace and then another 20-30 minute wait before going into the Prado. This had nothing to do with the guide. She was clearly frustrated, but did a good job nonetheless.

We have confirmed that due to organizational reasons of both monuments the visit could not take place on time. Fortunately, the guides were able to offer all the contents of the visit. We deeply regret this incident.

My tour lady was absolutely amazing. She greeted me at the entrance of the museum. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. She made the walking very interesting ,while she was walking she made sure she pointed out many details of the landmarks of Madrid. Upon our arrives at the royal palace she was also very knowledgeable and very attentive . Great tour will give her a 5 stars!!

Our guide was friendly, knowledgable and perfect for spanish speaking tours but her spanish accent was very hard for english speaking tour guests to understand. It was okay but we only comprehended less than 50% of her tour discussions.

The local provider strives to provide a service that lives up to the expectations of all participants and has the best professional team in the industry. We are sorry this was not your impression.

The guide was good, organized and interesting. We lost 1 hour at the start of the day because the Royal Palace was late in opening. Therefore, there was NO WALKING TOUR, which was one of the features of this tour that was important to me. It would be appropriate for Civitatis to provide a partial refund, or a credit towards a future tour/attraction. Please inform me how you plan to handle the fact that not all of the activities offered could be provided; the walking tour.

There was a problem with the entrance to the royal palace which is ok. But, when we bought the tickets we were told we have to have the guide with us for the palace and for the prado museum it is not manadatory. - that is not true we could have gone alone. The guide mentioned also mentioned that but forgot to explain that we will have to wait for him in order to receive the tickets to the prado museum. When we got there we could not enter with your ticket and had to wait 1 hour for the guide.

We are sorry if there has been any confusion about where to find the guide. We have forwarded your message to the local provider so that it can be taken into account in order to improve the service.
