Alex made this trip really exciting. Careful, with a sense of humor, and polite with everyone around. And it was my first tour that was in 2 languages same time, an unusual experience. And the tour itself is balanced well, so you don't feel tired and still is full of new information. I recommend joining the tour!

We missed receiving more information. Also, at the end, the guide told us to be at the picking up place at 18:15, but the bus arrived 25 min later, and another 25 min we had to wait inside the bus until it started moving (50 min wait in all). Last, please could someone tell the guide that Brussels is not in the Netherlands!

Whilst the castle was interesting the rest disappointed us deeply. The aqua duct was just a sight at the end of a really long walk. After we finished the Segovia part, the only one we signed up for, we were told to wait there for 6 bloody hours. We didnt have much to do and it was so hot we decided to head back using our personal cash. Another note is that the tour guide barely spoke any english in comparison to spanish and its quality was abysmal.

The description on our website specifies that this activity lasts 11 hours in total. This allows participants to receive all the guided contents and then have time to enjoy Segovia at their leisure, including the aqueduct. On the other hand, we have confirmed that the guide gave the same contents in English as in Spanish. Depending on the questions asked by the participants, however, he would use one language more than the other. Even so, we appreciate and take note of your comments to continue improving.

I'm a native english and spanish speaker and the tour guide's english was not fluent nor proficient enough for this job. The description of the trip is also quite ambiguous compared to what actually happens during it. I paid for a meal in which the menu read "suckling pig" and at the restaurant I was told my menu did not contain such dish since it's a tour menu not a gastronomical one, but they don't let you pick a menu on the webpage. Sadly I cannot recommend these services.

At Civitatis we work with professional guides who are fluent in the languages in which they conduct the tours. This one, in particular, usually receives good reviews from our English-speaking clients. Even so, we take note of the comments in order to continue improving. On the other hand, our website indicates that lunch is optional and that it includes typical dishes such as Segovian-style veal and beans. We apologize if this or any other aspect of the excursion did not live up to your expectations.

This guided tour of Sagovia was great. The bus trip is about 1.5 hours and the buses are really nice. When you show up to the travel agency, it says to stay outside but you need to go in and go to the ticket counter, tell them where you are going, and they will give you a ticket. Then at 9am they will call you to where you are going according to the color of your ticket. Very simple and organized. Loved that we had activities until 2pm and then were free until 630pm.

Mala información en la oficina de excursión sobre la salida de excursión, el precio, cada vendedor decía algo diferente. Ninguna información sobre la posibilidad de diferentes menús o bebidas incluidas. Excursión carrera. mi madre se cayó y el guía corría tanto que perdimos de vista al grupo y nos perdimos. Eramos los únicos con propuesta de solo Segovia, por falta de información. Al final cogimos el suplemento para Ávila. Comimos en 7 minutos. fatal.

Sentimos la confusión creada respecto al precio en nuestra tienda. Es un servicio que incluye varias opciones y cada una tiene una tarifa diferente. En cuanto al menú, se ofrece una sola opción que no incluye la bebida tal y como indicamos en nuestra web. El tiempo dedicado al almuerzo es aproximadamente de una hora.
