Hicimos un tour por el día a Segovia, el bus salió a horario, Arantxa, nuestra guía, muy amable y predispuesta para cualquier consulta o pedido. Con mi esposo decidimos agregar Avila a nuestro paseo sin ningún problema. El almuerzo estaba incluido dentro de lo que pagamos. Estuvo muy rico todo pero la vendedora del tour nos dijo que el menú era cochinillo y en el restaurante nos dijeron que ellos tenían indicado ternera con papa y arveja. El tour estuvo muy bien, la guía muy simpática y explicaba muy bien todo, iba un poco rápido pero supongo que es normal por los tiempos que tienen que seguir. Nosotros elegimos el tour completo en Segovia y fueron un total de 8 horas aproximadamente allí las que estuvimos hasta la vuelta en el bus. Translate this opinion into English.

We missed receiving more information. Also, at the end, the guide told us to be at the picking up place at 18:15, but the bus arrived 25 min later, and another 25 min we had to wait inside the bus until it started moving (50 min wait in all). Last, please could someone tell the guide that Brussels is not in the Netherlands!

No la califico en general de excelente ya que vamos con el tiempo muy justo para recorrer la ciudad ,deberían pensar en alargarla un poco más y no ir con tanta prisa por los horarios establecidos. El servicio de transporte estuvo muy bien, creo que la conductora del bus es excelente. La visita al alcazar fue excelente pero muy corta, me hubiera gustado pasar un poquito mas de tiempo en cada ambiente para apreciar mejor, y creo qué hay otros ambientes que no llegamos a visitar. Realmente me decepcionó, organizar el autobús para salir ya fue un tanto caótico y las visitas al Alcázar y Catedral súper, súper rápidas, la guía iba explicando sin tener en cuenta, para nada, si estábamos todos o no, cuando el acceso a las distintas dependencias, tanto por la afluencia de visitantes como por tratarse de pasos estrechos, es difícil, por lo q en general la información recibida fue totalmente incompleta. Fue lamentable.

El servicio en la agencia no es muy cordial. Salimos un poco tarde. Yo tome el tour de 5 horas y el tiempo es muy corto para la visita, todo esta muy apresurado. La explicacion de la guia fue buena, pero la logistica deja mucho que desear. Es un buen tour si cuentas con poco tiempo, ya que la ciudad vale la pena, sin embargo, es mejor dedicar un poco mas tiempo para hacer una visita mas relajada.

Falta de medios ya que en el Alcázar no se podía utilizar el amplificador y no había audífonos , y mala información y coordinación en puntos de encuentro., que provocó retraso a la ida y a la vuelta. Me gustaría proponer una excursión de segovia/la granja y otra de Avila/ El Escorial.

Agradable Creo que se debería informar durantea reserva que la.excursion por la ciudad es solo hasta las 12,30h ,hora en que se come y luego ya se dispone de tiempo libre hasta las 18,30h, que es la hora en que autobús te recoge para volver a Madrid.

This guided tour of Sagovia was great. The bus trip is about 1.5 hours and the buses are really nice. When you show up to the travel agency, it says to stay outside but you need to go in and go to the ticket counter, tell them where you are going, and they will give you a ticket. Then at 9am they will call you to where you are going according to the color of your ticket. Very simple and organized. Loved that we had activities until 2pm and then were free until 630pm.

En el programa ponía que la visita guiada terminaba a las 14hrs, y el guía terminó la visita a las 12.30hrs, por lo que tuvimos demasiado tiempo libre y se nos hizo pesado. Creo que tendríamos que haber visitado otra zona de la ciudad o un monumento de libre acceso para cumplir con los horarios establecidos

Nos perdimos de la guía un grupo de 10 personas y esta se marchó sin preocuparse de nada.. Se marchó sin más.. Y con respecto a la comida si quieres comer cochinillo lo pagas a parte, en su página ofrece un menú tradicional que incluye el cochinillo y la realidad es otra.

La visita bien aunque quizá un poco acelerada puesto que el grupo en realidad visitaba Segovia por la mañana y Ávila por la tarde. al final fuimos con ellos ya que después de comer, cuando nos quedábamos solos para recorrer de nuevo los monumentos y completar la visita con más detalle, la guia nos informó que debíamos volver a pagar la entrada.

Muy poca explicación y nos recogieron 30 minutos después de la hora sin nadie que diera una explicación El guía me parece debió marcarle al conductor que había tenido un problema y llegaría más tarde En la agencia nadie contesto

No me gusto que el tour era de grupo grande -te quedas atras y se corta el sonido Escuchabamos la explicacion a medias Si te gusta escuchar toda la historia no escojas este tour, busca uno mas pequeño
