Tengo que dividir mi experiencia, el primer tramo a Toledo y Segovia fue con Ana Maria, fue excelente, siempre dispuesta y muy pendiente, luego a Avila fuimos con Monica, un DESASTRE, cero interes de hecho iba caminando y hablando, sin microfono realmente no se entendia nada, por eso mi normal, el primer tra.o EXCELENTE, el ultimo MALO!!! NO RECOMIENDO A LA GUI MONICA, SI LES TOCA HUYAN!!!!

Visita a ciudades muy interesantes y ricas en historia sin embargo, hubo muchos detalles que no se mencionaron incluyendo la línea de tiempo en la cual dichos sucesos históricos ocurrieron y los datos curiosos involucrados. Está claro que un solo día es poco tiempo para 3 ciudades pero dicho esto entiendo que el tiempo se debió haber manejado mejor. Y por último la traducción fué un 3/10, es decir, las personas que no hablaban español no disfrutaron de un tour completo o igualmente detallado.

El tour no estuvo mal, lo que me sorprendió, porque nunca me paso con los tour de Civitatis, es que no se cumplió con el itinerario. En Avila estaba prevista visita de la ciudad, y ni siquiera entramos, sólo se vio desde afuera la muralla. Perdimos mucho tiempo allí almorzando en un lugar donde la comida no era buena, y el menú era caro. Horas preciosas perdidas que bien se podían haber aprovechado para conocer la ciudad. Para el tiempo de invierno o cuando se tenga niebla deben cambiar el itinerario y tal vez dejar a Toledo para el.final. Fue muy triste no poder aprovechar al máximo el viaje ya que con la niebla era imposible ver. Por lo demás, todo estuvo genial. Recomiendo esta actividad.

I was disappointed because this tour was more like a taxi ride. The tour guide was really nice, but he just left us at each place and never walked us through the building or the stories. My idea when I book a tour is to learn the history, and that was missing in each of the places we went.
