Outstanding tour. I had been to Avila and Segovia in 2011 on my own but this time the tour and our guide Jose Luis made it excellent. Left early, went to several sights in Avila, including the walls, churches and palaces. Then Segovia, saw the aqueduct, had a great local lunch, then a washing hour and the Alcázar. José Luis was very knowledgeable about history, art and culture and was a great bilingual quise. Do have the full lunch, it’s worth it.

Las visitas excelentes, lo mismo que el conductor. Pero, a Marta, la guía, le faltaban ganas para hacer su trabajo. Especialmente la parte de Ávila, en Segovia, estuvo mejor. Ella bajó de la muralla de Ávila y esperó en el bus. Varios cuando bajamos, no sabíamos dónde estaban aparcados.

Bus limpio y cómodo.. Al inicio llego tarde pero se logro con la hora de llegada. La guía, explico bien, pero el tiempo para conocer los dos lugares es corto y tuvimos que andar corriendo para alcanzar todo el recorrido. El hecho que hubieran personas con habla inglesa generaba mas enredo en las explicaciones. El tiempo para comer es el adecuado.

La guía explica bien y es atenta. Salimos en tiempo y el autobús bien. Pero comparto lo que no me gustó: -El tour es español/inglés y es un solo guía, por lo que todo lo repite en dos idiomas y llega a fastidiar un poco. He tomado tours donde van dos guías para cada idioma. -No dan tiempo libre para estar en cada lugar lo cual complica tomar fotografías con tiempo y disfrutar tranquilamente del lugar. Siento que nos traían muy a prisa y ayudaría mucho dar un tiempo libre.

El tour cumplió, pero éramos muchos para una sola guía: se perdió tiempo esperando, agrupando y distribuyendo gente, tiempo que hubiera servido para un mejor intercambio de información. Más allá de resolver la cuestión transporte, pienso que lo podría haber hecho sola.

Nuestra guia fue correcta y muy Clara explicando. Me hubiera gustado poder entrar a una iglesía o un museo o un lugar cultural. En cuanto a puntualidad, me quedé sorprendida. Esta todo muy estructurado, se respetan los horarios con precisión. La pena es que el guía va a una velocidad excesiva, no te da tiempo ni para tomar fotos. Si te distraes mirando un monumento, ya el grupo desapareció. Segovia sobretodo merece mucho más tiempo, es un lugar maravilloso pero solo visitas el Alcázar, la catedral no te da tiempo y todo a velocidad de rayo. Lo más destacado es el almuerzo que está incluido , fue lo mejor del viaje.

The pity is that the guide goes at an excessive speed, he doesn't even give you time to take photos. If you get distracted looking at a monument, the group has already disappeared.
