The guide was very good and was very friendly. My only suggestion is to start ON TIME! When you tell everyone to be there fifteen minutes early at 7:30 for a 7:45 departur DON'T WAIT until 8:00 to leave! An extra 30 minutes of sleep would have been good!

Actually the best tour service I have use so far. But wish we had more then 1 hr in Avila. Staff very friendly, polite, helpful and very considerate about their clients needs and comfort. Would highly recommend as first choice for tours in Madrid. Thanks Jose and Felix for a wonderful day.
