La excursión en general fue muy buena, la guía tenía un amplio conocimiento en los temas relacionados a las ciudades, a mi esposa y a mi nos encanto, solo como consejo si toman este tour y en la hora de la comida la guía les sugiere seguirla para ir a comer, NO LO HAGAN ya que nosotros y otros más de grupo cometimos el error de seguirla y nos metió a un restaurante en el cual ella no se quedó a comer y que además nos salio más caro, sin contar que la comida no fue buena. Los guías no se llevaban bien entre ellos. El varón estaba malhumorado. La chica era muy buena persona pero dejaron a una pareja y a una señora con problemas para caminar en Toledo porque les indicaron mal cómo bajar al bus. De hecho, el varón dijo que se arreglaran y se tomaran un AVE a Madrid. Habían dejado sus cosas en el bus. Los tratataban de empantanaos. Se escuchaba todo. Hay también temas de historia española básica que desconocen.

The guides didn't get along with each other. The man was grumpy. The woman was a very nice person, but they left a couple and a woman with walking problems in Toledo because they were given the wrong directions to get off the bus. Tuvimos tres guías en la misma visita, lo cual fue un poco desconcertante. Nuestra guía "principal" (creo que se llamaba Mari Cruz) divagaba un poco con las explicaciones. Por esperar a los rezagados las explicaciones terminaron siendo muy aceleradas y eso también nos quitó tiempo en el alcaraz, para el cual tuvimos menos de 20 minutos, con varios grupos de gente agolpada. De a momentos resultaba frustrante no poder observar detenidamente y/o sacar fotos.

Demasiado stress con el tiempo, en lugar de que disfrutes desde el primer momento ya te están regañando que si llegas tarde, que no puedes comer en el autocar, etc. en Toledo perdimos mucho tiempo en parar en la fábrica de espadas y más bien podríamos aprovechar para estar más en la Ciudad de Toledo . Salida a toledo y segovia españa. Sugiero indicar si debemos desayunar o no antes de empezar el paseo y/o si se puede comer o tomar algo en el autobus; por cierto q el autobus blanco (idioma español) estuvo muy incomodo en los asientos, no es posible reclinarse ni descansa; el regreso en autobus negro, bien…el recorrido en toledo muy rapido, te dan muy poco tiempo para tomar algo y buscar un baño. Es importante que pongan un anuncio donde va a salir la excursión, ya muchas personas estaban confundidas y no había quien proporcionara información. Con respecto a la puntualidad el autobús salió tarde, aprox. Entre 10 y 15 min. Con respecto al guía y las indicaciones, observamos amenazar todo el tiempo que si no estábamos en el punto de reunión a la hora que ellos decían, podíamos tomar un autobús de regreso. Creo que en todos los casos esperamos unos minutos más para que todos estuviesen.
