La excursión en general fue muy buena, la guía tenía un amplio conocimiento en los temas relacionados a las ciudades, a mi esposa y a mi nos encanto, solo como consejo si toman este tour y en la hora de la comida la guía les sugiere seguirla para ir a comer, NO LO HAGAN ya que nosotros y otros más de grupo cometimos el error de seguirla y nos metió a un restaurante en el cual ella no se quedó a comer y que además nos salio más caro, sin contar que la comida no fue buena. Es importante que pongan un anuncio donde va a salir la excursión, ya muchas personas estaban confundidas y no había quien proporcionara información. Con respecto a la puntualidad el autobús salió tarde, aprox. Entre 10 y 15 min. Con respecto al guía y las indicaciones, observamos amenazar todo el tiempo que si no estábamos en el punto de reunión a la hora que ellos decían, podíamos tomar un autobús de regreso. La excursión estuvo bien, el guía fue excelente, el bus muy regular, el aire acondicionado solo olía a puro carburo y la parte de atrás estaba caliente … el transporte era mejor para la excursión en inglés. no me gusto que tratan de guiar al personal a tiendas que no son buenas, igual con el restaurante al llegar a Segovia solo tienes tiempo para almorzar .. no tomas ni un break para un café en la tarde y las tiendas cierran a la hora que llegas así que no te queda tiempo para disfrutar
