I didn’t check in at the office as the mobile app where I bought the ticket didn’t tell me too! The guide seemed quite surprised I hadn’t! The guide was lovely - we didn’t set off until 3.30 When the tour is advertised at 3pm then we had a stop 10 mins from Toledo for people to go to the toilet However - we had a lovely day and the guide worked really hard to keep us all together at the end to get back to the bus and also with the problem of the road closures back in Madrid Eventful!!

after walking around the city for several days, this trip was just about 2 hours in Toledo and I got what I needed without feeling burned out, and since it wasn’t a guided trip, I had full control of my pace and spots to go The bus was about 15 minutes late from the scheduled pickup time while I was more than 25 minutes early, so between 12:45 - 1:00 I got into full panic mode, thinking I might have been left stranded in Toledo , until the bus finally showed up at 1 …

Our team agrees on a certain place and spot to pick up the clients and take them back to Madrid. We sincerely apologize for any delay and will keep on working to provide the service in a timely manner.

It was absolutely terrible and shocking! We'll like to request a refund for the trip back , because we were left stranded in Toledo. We were told to be at the pick up point at 12:50, we got there before the time and there was nobody. We waited then called. Our guide said they left, so we had find a bus from Toledo to Madrid. Then a cab our hotel. We paid extra for these trips

We have confirmed that you were expected at the indicated place for half an hour, but you did not show up. An attempt was made to contact you by telephone, but this was not possible either. I took a day trip with a one-hour tour. It is nice to have a local person explain some of the history of the city. The only thing I didn't like was that the walk was quite long without a lot of info. By the time we were released to explore, I felt a bit tired and had to retrace our steps all over town. If I had to do it over, I might skip the tour and use my time more effectively. Also, Toledo is a very old city with winding streets. I wasn't sure I would find the pick-up on time.
