Siamo stati inseriti in un gruppo con guida (spagnolo e inglese), noi avevamo prenotato italiano , non due parole in italiano. Sembravamo non esistere. La prenotazione è di 5 ore con viaggio, quindi 2 ore per il viaggio, 3 ore visita. Per un tragitto di un'ora, non si può perdere almeno 20 minuti, per un caffè e negozio di souvenir. Cmq per farla breve la nostra visita si è ridotta a un'ora e 45 minuti.

Nella prenotazione è soltanto inclusi il trasporto in autobus, una mappa turistica di Toledo e il biglietto per la chiesa di San Tomé. Ci dispiace che l'esperienza non sia stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Civitatis desidera sempre che i clienti abbiano la migliore esperienza possibile. No mencionaron que el día domingo en el horraio de nuestra visita, varios de los puntos turisticos ya estarían cerrados. Además no se nos hizo ninguna recomendación de que recorrido hacer.

La partenza dalla Agenzia Calle de San Nicòlas è stata poco chiara. Non abbiamo capito che era la signora Clara a portarci a Toledo. Ci siamo trovati con Mariano quasi sul pullman sbagliato. Noi avevamo biglietto colore Rosa. Il pullman è partito in ritardo di 15 minuti più un piccolo ritardo al negozio di oggetti turistici prima di Toledo. Per tornare a Madrid, l'appuntamento era alle 12,55 e noi puntuali alle 12,55 e sgridati per 2 minuti di ritardo secondo orologio di Clara. Offensivo!!

on ne reste pas assez longtemps à Toledo ( 2h15) car le trajet aller est trop long ( 1h45) : inutile de s arrêter dans la boutique de souvenirs ! On perd presque 30 minutes .c est dommage. On nous avait dit 2 heures de route et 3 heures sur place, c est faux

We didn't stay long enough in Toledo (2 hours 15 minutes) because the outward journey was too long (1 hour 45 minutes): no point stopping in the souvenir shop! We lost almost 30 minutes. It's a shame. We were told 2 hours on the road and 3 hours on site, that's not true.

A guia foi muito educada, prestativa e atenciosa. Fiz o passeio por conta própria e gostei bastante. Único ponto negativo é o tempo que ficamos em Toledo. Havia entendido que seriam 5 horas em Toledo e não esse tempo para sair e retornar a Madri. Não me recordo de ter passeio por conta própria o dia todo. Deixo como sugestão. Para mim, seria perfeito. The guide was very polite, helpful and attentive. I did the tour on my own and really enjoyed it. The only negative point was the time we spent in Toledo. En realidad hice el tour por mi cuenta y 2 pimas. Esperamos a que llegara el guía con su gente más de 20 minutos y nosotros muy apurados en llegar de vuelta al bus. Creo que eso no corresponde y no sé si realmente nos hubieran esperado a nosotros. Una lata que pase eso porque hubiéramos aprovechado más tiempo

I actually did the tour on my own with 2 Pimas. We waited for the guide and his people to arrive for more than 20 minutes and we were in a hurry to get back to the bus. I think that is not appropriate and I don't know if they would have really waited for us. It's a bummer that that happens because we would have made the most of our time.
