The bus to Segovia did not pick us up. We were at the designated stop half an hour before the bus was supposed to arrive. We then had to take the train to Segovia.I phoned the company and there was no response. I have also emailed the company asking for a full refund and they have not responded. There has been no communication at all.I will be at making a formal complaint via the libros de reclamaciones. I will also make a complaint to the Madrid Consumer Office and Dirección General de Turismo

We are sorry you had a bad experience with our tour and apologize as it is not the kind of experience we want our clients to have. We regret that you couldn' t enjoy the activity and also because of the long waiting time, we have just refunded your tour.

Todo iba perfecto hasta que de vuelta nos dijeron que el autobus se averió. Lo resolvieron bien al mandarnos en taxis. Sin embargo al ser unicamente 11 personas las que ibamos de vuelta a Madrid,pareciera que más bien no costeaba el bus. Fuera de eso,todo excelente
