Lamentablemente llegue tarde porque el metro tuvo un retraso, y busque la manera de pedir asistencia a ustedes como agencia y nadie me respondio , por ningun canal, entiendo que las politicas antes de la compra estan claras pero hay factores del entorno de causa mayor que no podemos controlar como por el ejemplo lo del metro. Ademas deben mejorar la atencion al cliente, no es posible que las personas del club real madrid fueron las que me atendieron y me dejaron acceder
