Nacho es un guía de primera, él nos llevo al museo Reina Sofía. Tiene muy buenos conocimientos y es un disfrute visitar el museo con él, se aprende mucho. Martha nos llevo al museo Del Prado, fue una buena guía, pero nuestro sentir es que no tiene el nivel de conocimientos como Nacho. Nuestra recomendación es que cuando el guía esté enfermo, como Martha, no deberían enviarlo, sobre todo en tiempos de COVID . Os guias são entusiasmados e gostam muito do assunto, porém, muitas vezes não conseguia ouvir o que o guia falava, porque não tinha o microfone com os fones de ouvido conectados, e não podia falar mais alto, isso comprometeu bastante a experiência. Lo mejor de la visita fue la guía. Belén hizo un excelente trabajo con muchísimo esfuerzo y cero recursos. Estuvo sola para guiar la visita tanto en castellano como en ingles. No le dieron equipamiento de audio. Su nivel de información fue excelente. Y claramente le gustaba su tarea. No pudimos ver todo lo planeado y entre un museo y otro solo tuvimos 10 minutos para ir al toilet y comprar algo para comer. La visita termino siendo agotadora. Adquiri muchos conocimientos gracias a Belen.

This tour was fabulous. Simply brilliant. At the Prado, our guide was Macarena; an engaging and very knowledgeable young woman. We learnt so much about a wide range of significant paintings from Spain’s best artists. For the second part of the tour at Reina Sofia, our guide was Helena. She handled the bilingual group with aplomb. Both Helena and Macarena made our museum visits wonderful, and a highlight of our time in Madrid. We happily recommend this tour to anyone.

Tour is great if you are short on time but still want to see the main art pieces. Our tour guide was a great girl who gave us great details not only on the history of the museums and art pieces, but on the skills required to complete such pieces. I enjoyed the tour very much.
