O museo do Prado foi bom pois dividiram o grupo em 2 e correu bem. Ja no da Rainha Sofia desisti os no meio pois o guia tinha que falar em Espanhol e depois em Ingles, uma vez que estava sozinho, isso fez com que demorasse muito, ja eram 14:00 e ainda estava no começo da excursao, e nao deram nenhum tempo para comermos. Tuvimos un problema de coordinacion que afecto la visita. Suspendieron unilateralmente el horario inicial y nos cambiaron a la tarde (2dias antes x correo) Fuimos a la oficina de Civitatis a preguntar y nos dicen que esperemos confirmación. El mismo dia en la mañana nos mandan mensaje x whatsap que la actividad era a las 9 de la mañana. Llegamos y nos dicen que estamos en la lista de la tarde. Igualmente la guia del Prado muy amable,,amena y con gran conocimiento, nos gusto mucho
