Forgot her name but she had red dyed hair and a lip ring I think. Paloma? Anyway she was amazing. Y'all should have a civitatis tour sign tho bc her sign said amiga so no one knew where the tour guide was. Anyway she was very nice and informative. Also English guides should be all English. Spanish all Spanish. Feels like a large chunk of time is wasted when one guide does both.

It was very confusing the find the meeting point. It should be made clear the meeting point is not by the main entrance. The guide's headset kept slipping off his head and when it moved away from his mouth it was very very difficult to hear what he was saying.

Es guía muy bien. No le doy un cinco porque lo de que sea en dos idiomas hace que en realidad se pierda la mitad del tiempo... La unica pega!

NOS PARECIO UN TORMENTO TENER QUE ESCUCHAR AL GUIA EN ESPAÑOL E INGLES ALTERNATIVAMENTE, SI LO HUBIESE SABIDO NO HABRA ASISTIDO, EL GUIA DEBE DE CUIDAR SU VESTIMENTA SI VA A ATENDER AL PUBLICO. SE DEBE AVISAR QUE NO SE VISITA TODO EL MUSEO SI NO SOLO LOS CUADROS QUE MAS GUSTAN AL GUIA. JAMAS REPETIRIA LA EXPERIENCIA. ADEMAS LA VISITA ES MUY CORTA.

Tanto la duración del servicio como el idioma son detalles que se informan en la web. Ver este museo completo con explicaciones de cada cuadro llevaría una jornada entera, así que este tour pretende recorrer las salas mas importantes. No obstante, nuestro guía acepta peticiones si el grupo llega a un acuerdo, de lo contrario hay que marcar un itinerario.

La guia lo ha explicado muy bien......pero no entiendo que vendan un servicio de entrada sin colas cuando hemos tenido que aguantar una cola de mas de media hora y luego tambien que digan que son 2 hs de visita cuando han sido 1h y media....no lo entiendo de verdad que vendan algo que no es

Sentimos que no se cumpliera con lo programado, procedemos a un reembolso parcial del importe pagado.
