Guide rescheduled and guide tour was in spanish not in english

The tour had to be modified for organizational reasons, although we always tried to offer the most comfortable and complete experience for everyone. You were informed of this in advance. On the other hand, the tour is done with explanations in English and Spanish. The guides ask for your preferred language, so we recommend you consult any doubts or incidents that may happen during the trip. We apologize if the experience was not to your liking.

Loved the sights and the tour itself but the guide spoke too quickly for us to understand him. I was charged twice for this tour and my husband, Walter Haltom was also charged once. We would like a refund of $58.80 for the double duplication.

We have confirmed that you made two bookings for this tour for the same day and time. We understand it was a mistake, but by making two bookings you were charged for the activity twice. We have already refunded one of them as we understand it was a mistake.

The tour started late and ended early, lasring only 65 minutes of the 120 advertised. The bus was not panoramic as advertised. We could not even see the few sites which were pointed out or take pictures. Sites listed in the advertisement were skipped altogether. We were confined to the bus the entire time except for one 5 minute stop at Plaza del Tores. The guide spent 80% of the time speaking in Spanish, frequently to the driver, with little explanations in English. Little history was given.
