There is no such thing as a “fast track” at the Reina Sofia Museum, so selling a “fast track” is a hoax

This ticket avoids queues at the ticket office, but you may have to queue at security or access control. On certain days it is not possible to predict the number of visitors. We are sorry if the experience was not to your liking.

We paid for an English speaking tour guide at 11:00 and the guide never showed up.

You paid for a fast-track ticket, avoiding the queues at the ticket office, to the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid. No guided tour in English is included. We are sorry if there was any confusion about this.

It was not necessary to buy this ticket because there was no crowd like in front of Prado. Also, after Prado, this museum looks poor. Except Picasso, Dali and few Spanish famous painters other collection is strane.
