Decidí hacer este tour porque estaba solo en Madrid y quería conocer gente nueva. Fue la mejor decisión que tomé en mis vacaciones. Lo pasé genial y practiqué mi inglés,( aunque los guías hablaban un español perfecto dado el ambiente internacional del tour. Visitamos tres bares en el centro de Madrid, cada uno con un estilo y ambiente diferente, y luego terminamos en una discoteca que cerraba a las 6:00 a. m. El ambiente es juvenil; diría que la gente que hace este tour tiene entre 18 y 30 años. Translate this opinion into English.

I decided to take this tour because I was alone in Madrid and wanted to meet new people. It was the best decision I made on my vacation. I had a great time and practiced my English (although the guides spoke perfect Spanish, given the international atmosphere of the tour). We visited three bars in central Madrid, each with a different style and atmosphere, and then ended up at a nightclub that closed at 6:00 a.m. The atmosphere is youthful; I'd say the people on this tour are between 18 and 30 years old. Realizamos todos los tours a través de Civitatis y fueron muy buenos pero en este nos encontramos con que todas las personas que participarían del mismo eran muy pero muy jovencitos. A modo de recomendación deben de ser más específicos para así escoger mejor estos tipos de tour.

We took all the tours through Civitatis and they were very good, but on this one we found that everyone participating was very, very young. As a recommendation, they should be more specific so we can better choose these types of tours.

Estaba muy bien organizado el Pub Crawl. Pude conocer varios tipos de bares y una discoteca de los más importantes de Madrid. Los organizadores nos esperaron, nos avisaron y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Sin embargo, no sabía que el Pub Crawl estaba dirigido solo a turistas extranjeros. Me sentí un poco solo al no ver ningún español para compartir la experiencia y charlar un poco. Creo que fui el único español.

El tour empezo una hora más tarde. En el lugar del encuentro no había nadie, recibí un mensaje con la dirección para ir al bar directo. Cuando llegue no había nadie dentro del bar, según esto porque la fiesta empieza a las 11pm. Solo visite 2 bares, en el segundo me dejaron y nadie llego por mí, para pasar al siguiente, envíe un mensaje a la guía y nunca contestó. Creo que la experiencia vivida no se le puede llamar tour de fiesta por Madrid! En Berlin y Paris, no fue así.

Sentimos lo ocurrido. Esta actividad siempre empieza a las 22:00 horas sin embargo sufrió un repentino cambio de punto de encuentro del que no fuisteis informados por error. Hemos hecho la devolución del importe pagado.

guía habla español pero es un tour donde el 80% habla otro idioma y ya se conocen de hostel desde donde sale. Los bares donde te llevan son malos, pequeños, caros, las barras tienen alcohol de mala calidad y estan ariborradas de personas, poco tiene que ver con la noche de Madrid, donde la gente va de tapas y cañas. La disco del final es un lugar donde no puedes moverte. No lo recomendaría.

The guide speaks Spanish, but it is a tour where 80% speak another language and they already know each other from the hostel where it starts. The bars where they take you are bad, small, expensive, the bars have poor quality alcohol and are packed with people, it has little to do with the nightlife in Madrid, where people go for tapas and beers. The disco at the end is a place where you cannot move. I would not recommend it.

Mucha falta de profesionalismo y responsabilidad. Civitat ofrece una actividad que se condice con lo que el proveedor brinda. Se realizo una cancelacion del tour dado que el horario de comienzo no era el mismo e incluso requerian un "dress code" para la ultima escala.

Deberían de especificar que los bares son de mala muerte, para gente de 20 años o menos y que los lugares son de la más baja categoría, me esperaba algo totalmente distinto y de mejor categoría, nos fuimos al segundo lugar por que incluso nos sentíamos inseguros.

They should specify that the bars are seedy, for people 20 years old or younger, and that the places are of the lowest category. I expected something totally different and of a higher category. We went to the second place because we even felt unsafe.
