Non siamo stati contenti per nulla di aver acquistato delle attrazioni che poi non siamo riusciti a prenotare o meglio che avevamo prenotato e poi l'avete spostata in una data al di fuori del nostro periodo di soggiorno. Tutte le attrazioni con prenotazioni, che erano le maggiori le abbiamo dovute pagare. Inoltre ogni qualvolta chiedevamo dei vostri servizi ci dicevano che eravate sconosciuti...... Anche gli operatori dei vostri centri Civitatis non sono stati efficienti, non parlavano italiano

El pase tiene actividades increíbles, había una en particular que por teléfono siempre decía que no tenían disponibilidad y por correo comentaba a que no se iban a realizar los tours por no tener el número requerido de personas. Si llevas poco tiempo, no caminas rápido, llevas gente mayor de edad no te recomiendo el pase, por lo menos en Madrid, ya que las actividades son de alta exigencia en cuanto a caminar y llevar buen paso,.

The pass has amazing activities, there was one in particular that always said on the phone that they had no availability and by email they said that they were not going to do the tours because they did not have the required number of people. Comenzamos con el Segway por el parque del retiro, continuamos visitándonos palacio Real con guía en español, aprovechamos para recorrer la ciudad en el autobús hip-hop y para terminar la noche en el Tablao Bermejo con baile flamenco y tapas. Bien... falta explicar más sobre otros lugares donde hay... y que hacen descuento mostrando el ticket. Poner techo para cuando llueve, la pasamos fatal en Sevilla. Estar informados de lo que pasa en la localidad.... ya que en Toledo hubo carrera

La tarjeta está muy bien y fue un acierto cogerla para evitar las largas colas pero se debería informar antes de que la compremos que ciertos lugares están cerrados en agosto como el Teatro Real,el cual estábamos muy interesados en visitar y fue una pérdida de tiempo ir hasta allí.

Muy buen servicio con cuartos bien preparados, cómodos y con excelente vistas. La pasamos muy bien. Mi única recomendación es controlar un poco más la temperatura en los hallways dado que en el verano es un poco incomodo llegar a los cuartos con la temperatura tan alta

La atención y el trato para acceder a cada recinto con la tarjeta es maravilloso, te atienden rápido y cuando tienes paso preferente se cumple pero en mi caso e adquirido la tarjeta por 24 horas y sinceramente no le saqué rentabilidad, haciendo cálculos me he dado cuenta de que pagando las entradas en cada lugar que visitamos no hubiera alcanzado los 60 euros que pagé por cada una ya que por muy rapido que vayas no te da tiempo a visitar todo para aprovechar la tarjeta.

Acudimos a oficina porque siempre pensamos que la cita en el Museo del Prado era ahí mismo pero al llegan no había gente. Además la cita en el Palacio Real no se podía hacer en Domingo a pesar que había mucha gente con guía. En ambos lugares tuvimos que pagar acceso. Deberían reembolsar ya que lo único que pudimos utilizar directamente con el QR fue un rato el Camión turístico para Subir y Bajar
