Somos 3 adultos pagamos el ingreso a la muralla y nos dicen que no teníamos esa excursión, la guía nos dijo que nuestros nombres no figuraban. Y el acueducto en Segovia lo pasamos casi sin poder apreciar este lugar. Cuando volvimos nos fuimos a la oficina, estaba cerrado. Por lo tanto pido una compensacion o ire a donde corresponda Martín y Acompañantes
