Me enteré tarde que mi entrada era posible saltarme la fila, tenía entrada a la cocina y es con horarios, no alcancé al tour y luego adentro me explicaron que me podía saltar la fila de los que ya teníamos entrada (hay dos filas, taquilla para los que no tienen entrada, y otra para los que ya tienen, pero si tienes entrada con horario te saltas ambas) Translate this opinion into English.

Ottima esperienza con Civitas, che rende molto comoda la visita al Palazzo Reale. Ho prenotato l'ingresso al Palazzo + cucine. 15 minuti prima della visita alle cucine (tour guidato in lingua spagnola) mi sono recata alla biglietteria (tramite una fila ad hoc per i possessori di biglietti acquistati online) e dopo qualche minuto sono entrata. Visite bien organisée, nous avions bien lu les instructions, nous sommes donc arrivés une heure avant pour commencer la visite del palacio, à l’heure du rendez vous nous avons rejoins le guide pour visiter les anciennes cuisines, la visite est en espagnol mais il parle très bien le français. Me han vendido una entrada que no puedo usar, el horario indicaba 3:50 pm del domingo cuando he llegado al palacio Real me dicen que solo atienden hasta las 3 pm. Ya he puesto mi reclamo y he pedido devolución, no deben ofrecer algo que no se puede realizar. La verdad la he pasado mal estaba con mi hija con mucho entusiasmo y nos timan de esta manera.
