El traslado y la guía todo correcto. Contratamos un tour de todo el día nadie nos dijo que íbamos a estar corriendo para llegar 13.30 y volverá salir a las 15 hs para Segovia . Si teníamos que volver no era necesario ir tan rápido que no paramos ni para tomar agua .

Creo que VPT es cómo la comida rápida de los tours… Rápido, sin sabor y en grandes cantidades… En un mundo donde los tours se han vuelto más personalizados y con grupos pequeños… Creo que VPT debe evolucionar… Tiene pésima atención al cliente y los buses son viejos e incómodos… Las guías muy buenas pero por cumplir horarios van corriendo y se puede disfrutar muy poco de Segovia…

El tour debía haber sido segun la oferta: . SEGOVIA - ESCORIAL - VALLE DE LOS CAIDOS. Sin embargo nos llevaron 1ro a Escorial y luego a Valle para regresar a Madrid y de ahí ir a Segovia. Perdimos al menos 3 horas de disfrute de las atracciones montados en un Bus que habríamos aprovechado mejor si se planifican Los guías muy normales no se esmeraron mucho en contar la historia de los lugares. He tomado free tours de mejor calidad Adicionalmente el equipo de la audio guia en Segovia no funcionó.¹

Places we visited where great but too much waisted time in traveling..we took more than an hour to go to the monastery than we went to the valley of the fallen than we traveled more than an hour to came back to Madrid and wait an other hour break than more than an hour traveling again to go to the aqua dot and that was not what I was told when I booked the excartion.

Fue decepcionante que en el Escorial no se incluya la visita a la biblioteca Más decepçionante aún que en Segovia no se incluya la visita a la Catedral y que el Acueducto solo se haga de pasada, camino al restaurant donde sugieren comer, que además lo dejan como punto de encuentro. Limitan la posibilidad de tomar fotos, de comprar algún souvenir y de que la Visita sea 100% satisfactoria. El guía muy bueno, el Bus excelente, salida y regreso al tiempo estipulado.

La ruta de la mañana al Monasterio y el Valle fue justa de tiempo pero para darse una rápida idea del contenido y continente de ambas estructuras, bien. La guía bien, mejorable pero bien. Sin embargo, si indico que la excursión fue regular es para compensar el "bien" de la mañana por el "mal" de la tarde en Segovia. Como había que salir a las 15.00 y volver a las 20.00 asumíamos que tendríamos 3 horas para ver Segovia y el Alcázar, pero fueron solo 2. La guía bien pero el tiempo muy mal.

No me había quedado claro que se retornaba a Madrid entre las dos actividades. Me parece una pérdida de tiempo. En vez de volver a Madrid y dejarnos 1.30 hrs para el almuerzo, podría ser en Segovia ese tiempo y aprovechar más la ciudad. En tour en si no deja tiempo libre. El paseo al Escorial y Valle de los caídos estuvo bien, pero no me gustó el Guia. Dos palabras en español, dos palabras en inglés y así continuamente. El relato quedaba demasiado cortado y no se entendía bien

We enjoyed el Escorial and Valley of the Fallen, but Segovia was too rushed. We had no time for any shopping (though 10-15 minutes were budgeted for this), and the tour guide walked very fast. Also, he had a better command of Spanish than English. Had we known about how rushed we would be through Segovia, we would have planned a different kind of experience.

Nos gustó mucho la excursión con visitas guiadas al Monasterio y Basílica El Escorial, Basílica Caídos y en Segovia, el Álcazar. Tuvimos una guía por la mañana, Silvia, y Javier en Segovia, quienes explicaron muy bien la historia y los monumentos, de manera amena y precisa. Excelentes guías y destinos. La pega que ponemos a la agencia es que el bus retrocediera a Madrid a las 13hs para luego retomar marcha y llegar a Segovia 16h. en vez de conectar desde Guadarrama y llegar a Segovia 13:30hs. No se advirtió que en realidad eran dos excursiones, una en la mañana a El Escorial y el Valle de los Caídos y otra en la tarde (con 40 minutos para almorzar) a Segovia. Nos es fácil encontrar el Punto de Salida. La excursión de la mañana al Escorial y el Valle de los caidos tenía una mejor guía y aurículares. El coche era cómodo.. Tienen un problema con el manejo del cálculo del tiempo. Teniamos almuerzo incluído. Nos dejaron en plaza España, la guía nos acompañó un lugar sencillo pero que servían nos dieron 10 o 15 para almorzar y volver al lugar de salida. El coche que nos llevó a Segovia era muy incómodo sin auriculares. A las apuradas y desordenada.
