Pésimo guía, no tenía información del recorrido, googleaba, las zonas, nos cito a la 12 y comenzó 12.30 por qué esperaba más gente. Decepcionado, hasta le dijimos que se fuera y seguimos solos.

El guía llegó a las 12 hs. Termino su explicación y fin del tour a las 14 hs. El tour duraba dos horas y media, por lo que no se cumplió con el servicio contratado. Desgraciadamente podríamos decir que esta visita guiada no ha cubierto nuestras expectativas en general. En cuanto a la parte del Mirador del Palacio de Cibeles, no tiene ningún sentido contratar una visita guiada y que el guía no pueda subir al mirador porque no tiene entrada, se supone que eso era el 50% de la visita contratada. Y por el resto, podríamos decir que el entusiasmo del guía no motivaba mucho.

La entrada al mirador cuesta 3€ si se hace por separado. Además de esto, el precio del tour incluye los servicios de un guía profesional que acompaña a los visitantes a lo largo de todo el recorrido. Sentimos si su labor no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas.
