Madrid Plane Ride
See El Escorial, the walls of Ávila, the castle of Coca or the Sierra de Guadarrama from a bird's eye view. You can't miss this Madrid Plane Ride, a unique experience!
Madrid Plane Ride
We'll pick you up from your hotel in the province of Madrid at the time of your choice, and go to the Eduardo Castellanos Aerodrome in Villacastín. There we'll receive a 30-minute briefing on air safety. Are you ready for take-off? After a magnificent 1 or 2-hour flight, we'll take you back to your hotel.
When you make your reservation you can choose one of the following three routes:
Castle route
On this route, we'll fly north to glide over Coca Castle. Did you know that this Segovian fortress is one of the best Spanish examples of Gothic-Mudejar architecture? The flight will continue over the Arévalo Castle, a fortress in Avila that belonged to Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon.
Nature route
On this route, we'll fly over the landscapes that separate Madrid and Segovia. We'll be able to see the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Peñalara Natural Park from the plane and take in a bird's eye view of the peaks, lakes and glacial cirques of the area. Before returning to the Villacastín track, we'll fly over the beautiful natural landscapes of the Sierra de Gredos.
City route
We'll start this trip flying over the Alcázar and the Segovia aqueduct. The tour will continue over the Avila Walls, considered one of the best defensive enclosures in Castile. We'll then follow the route to the San Lorenzo de El Escorial Monastery in Madrid.
